Job description
The main responsibilities are including but not limited to:
Lead engagement for Chemical & Petroleum or AUTO or Electronics opportunities as PPTL
Lead to understand client and account team’s pain points, drive value and differentiations creation with strong domain know-how and IT skills
Participate in RD, ED phase as key SE or leader
Manage project and program as team leader or PM
Above 8 years work experience in software development and maintenance in Chemical & Petroleum, AUTO or Electronics areas
Strong Chemical & Petroleum, AUTO or Electronics domain know-how
Over 3 years experience in facing client directly in related domain
Over 3 years experience in project/program/account management
Above Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related major
Fluent English/Japanese speaking, English speaking is preferred
Smart, quick learner, and adaptive to changes
Team players
Willing to travel if required
Required
