Job description
Overall Role: Will take the role of managing finance & accounting outsourcing business. Drive a 30-40 members team to meet clients' requirements of finance related processes.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage team and process.
2. Responsible for managing multiple processes and ensuring performance.
3. Continuously drive the process improvement both on efficiency and controllership to meet or exceed the customers' expectation.
4. Customer relationship management, drive the organic growth together with business and VOC improvement.
5. Recruit, coach and train team members and give regular feedback to ensure team's performance.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above with finance related major.
2. 5-8 years ro above finance related working experience, MNC experience is preferred.
3. 5 years or above leadership experience.
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills and strong sense of responsibility.
5. Good English skill.
Required
Bachelor's Degree
At least 5 years experience in GL/AP/AR Accounting
English: Fluent
