I doubt there will be a fundamentally different new net architect; there has been lot of criticism about the current one; but it just evolves and nothing abrupt changes happening.
For example, TCP has been long blamed and everyone agrees; so what happens? Nothing for real, Reno is still the dominant one; and CUBIC is the only answer Linux community came up and getting popular. Google did little CWND adjustment; and so for MS. Only small changes/patches.
Ethernet+TCP/IP has been adopted by the massive market (and telecos) for it's simplicity in deployment; nothing can change it now; too late.
So-called 全新网络 has to stay in research lab for long long time before can go to the market; I doubt I can see it in 10 years. I can bet a lunch on it.
