Our Client is a NASDAQ Listed company. They are looking for a Senior Facilities Manager to managing their China portfolios.
The position will directly report to London and ba<x>sed in Shanghai
Senior Facilities Manager –Great China ( Circa RMB $1M + Bonus)
• Lead operational management requirements for Company’s real estate & development (RE&D) group across greater china.
• Establishes operational objectives & work plans for RE&D activities across their prescribed region including: Facilities & Project Management, EH&S & Security.
• Support Transaction Management as required
• Act as RE&D management representative for prescribed region
• Manage key relationships with the Greater China Leadership team(s) including Sales/Marketing, APO, Finance, Legal & HR
• Work closely with RE&D management & support functions as required
Requirements:
• 10+ years Corporate Real Estate experience
• Multinational company exposure
• Tertiary education in related field, business/engineering/architecture
• Strong technical knowledge in Facilities & Project Management
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical & problem solving skills
• Excellent oral & written communication skills, ideally bilingual in English/Mandarin
• Excellent interpersonal skills & customer service focus
• Strong knowledge of finance systems & budgeting
• Ability to influence key stakeholders
