Title: Material Engineer (Composite Material background)
Location: Beijing, China
Report to: Blades Manager

The Technology R&D is responsible for all development and design activities , and we are operating at a global scale with employees distributed over a large number of R&D offices in more than 10 countries.
Established in early of 2010, The Technology R&D Beijing is part of our global R&D setup, comprising a broad span of technical competencies with employees working on cutting edge research and development projects together with regional and worldwide partners, universities and research institutions.
Responsibility:
Be responsible for material test and material qualification.
Production problem solution.
Technical documentation preparation/update.
New material research and development
Other work of blade department.
Requirement:
Bachelor degree or above, major in Composite material.
Above 3 years work experiences.
Be familiar with Prepreg, Core material, Sandwich structure, carbon/glass fiber.
Composite part/blades design experience is preference.
Know composite parts production process is preference.
Good at communication skill in English & Chinese.
Team work player.
This position will be working in Beijing and will have a lot of training opportunities in UK after join our company. The person is required to have very good spoken English and very strong composite material R&D background ( glass fibre and resin). especially in new material RD backgrond S/He will has a lot of interface with R&D team overseas.
