Responsibilities:
▪ Manage the administration and maintenance of IS resources, equipment and Infrastructure
▪ Manage first level support to ensure end-user support services are provided by operating Global Service Desk
▪ Manage the local delivery of education, consultancy, localisation and implementation services for global projects
▪ Manage and monitor the local IS budget and IS Asset register
▪ Create and test local business continuity and disaster recovery capability
▪ Ensure that local Company networks and data are secure
▪ Annual Customer Survey
Required:
▪ At least 5 years relevant experience in a multinational company, in an English-speaking environment
▪ share point、 ERP, CRM, Microsoft Back office, Exchange, Servers/Domain technologies
▪ Network infrastructure installation and management: Ethernet, LAN, WAN, Cisco switches and routers, firewalls, Internet, Frame Relay, VPN, Leased lines, IP telephony, etc
▪ Administration of PC Hardware items and software licenses as well as end-user/help-desk support
▪ Have played a lead role and managed regional teams of IS staff members
▪ Programme and Project Management, Application Software (ERP, CRM, PDM, BPM, Project Management, etc.) IT Governance, Data Centre Management, Networking Desk Top and Service Management
▪ Excellent command of English - Oral and written
▪ Degree, preferably in Information Technology or Computer Science or Engineering, from a reputable university
