Sine they will become your customers on the field
Some prospects you should put them into your gray list
Since they will become your customers in the forseeable future
Some prospects you should put them into your black list
Since they will never become your customers under no circumstance
Prospects are different, customers are also different
Since they are all human beings and human beings are different
Do not recruit your customers, let your prospects go after you
Do not retain your customers, let you customer stick with you
The true business is to regard your customers' business as your own business
Regard their success as your own success, make them win, and then you win
