Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Leadership in plant's quality department, implement company's quality policy
+ Disciplinary leadership of assigned staff members
+ Perform planning of annual budget, investments and monitor accordingly.
+ Implementation of standardized Integrated Management System (IMS)
+ Contact customers, analyze and solve quality problems
+ Create Quality Reports
+ Execute standardized Customer and internal supplier Complaint Process, standardized external Supplier Complaint Process, escalation process for quality issues, Warranty process, Customer Service, continuous conformance testing process, continuous improvement process, SPC process, MSA and calibration, supplier charge back process, QSB, regional and local processes in compliance with global IMS system, Standardized Change Management system, Standardized APQP Process
+ Manage Safety Issues
+ Define local processes in compliance with global IMS system
+ Check and negotiate Quality Assurance Agreements
+ Communicate Quality Policy within plant
+ Support Certification Audits
Requirements:
+ Bachelor's degree in mechanical or automotive.
+ Above 8 years relevant working experience in automotive company, 3 years management experience.
+ Familiar with ISO9001, ISO14001/TS16949.
+ Good command of computer skills.
+ Management ability
+ Feeling and understanding for western style operations management, reliability, assertiveness, good communication skills, creativity and problem solving mentality, strong self-initiative and -discipline
+ Good command of Mandarin & English, oral and written
