1. JOB PURPOSE目的
This position provides support to manufacturing processes and requires technical skills in order to drive process and quality improvements. Manage assigned projects and utilize problem solving techniques including LEAN SixSigma to optimize manufacturing methodologies. Be a driver of change with a positive work attitude. This individual will support shanghai plant effort in the utilization of LEAN SixSigma tools and philosophies and will act as change agent in identifying and managing projects that deliver bottom line results to drive improved performance and positive change.
2. MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES主要职责
3. Lead continuous improvement projects to increase productivity, maximize profitability and improve customer satisfaction.
4. Apply statistical methods and analysis to improve process capability, reduce process variation, and optimize process performance
5. Monitor, evaluate and analyze process/equipment performance to identify areas requiring improvement.
6. Active member of quality team to assist in troubleshooting quality, technical and customer service issues.
7. Facilitate Kaizen Events leading to rapid improvements.
8. Train ×× associates in LEAN SixSigma tools and philosophies
9. Provide project status and report on all assigned projects in timely manner.
10. Continually monitor new technology for process optimization opportunities.
11. Support project implementation by reviewing installation plans, coordinating start-ups, documenting changes, updating procedures, and training operators.
12. Understand and comply with all regulations within the facility.

Work with operation team. maintenance team, EHS dept, R & D and QA。
4. PERSON REQUIREMENT任职资格
1. BS Degree in Engineering or science
2. 5 years hands-on experience in manufacturing,prefer in chemisty industry.
3. Exposure to LEAN and SixSigma methodology
4. Strong project management and leadership skills
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
6. Works well independently and in team environment
7. Strong PC skills (Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP)
8. Advanced problem solving and facilitation skills
9. Willingness to travel
