1. JOB PURPOSE目的
This project will support both Shanghai and Jiangsu projects management.we need one more facilities engineer to cover the responsibilities. and support two factory PM update, took part in important repairing projects and other management job.
３ MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES主要职责
1, 参入上海和江苏工厂的项目管理，与相关部门合作起草并制定先关项目的技术要求
Draft and define the projects technical specification together with all relative departments for shanghai and jiangsu factories
2, 与相关部门一起收集供应商的报价资料比较并汇总汇报
Collect all the information about the projects include drawing, specification, bids, etc; compare, summary and report in time
3, 项目施工期间协调先关部门所有的活动，并对供应商施工进行计划，安全,质量，和时间管理
Coordinate the relative department activities during the projects period and manage the contract activities for schedule, safety, quality and deadline
4, 组织项目验收并建立负责项目的验收档案
Organize relative department accept project, set up the project files
5, 制定新设备的保养文件制定，并对现场操作人员进行培训
Make new facilities preventive maintenance document, and train operator and maintenance guys
6, 参入设备机电紧急维修故障的排除工作
Take part in urgent equipment repairing task
7, 参入旧设备的改造，
Take part in old equipment improvement
8, 参入预防保养内容更新
Take part in updating old machine PM maintenance content
9, 参入设备的巡视和年度大保养工作
Take part in machine monitor activities and big maintenance activities
10, 完成上级交付的其他任务
Complete the job from leaders
4 PERSON REQUIREMENT（任职资格）
1, 电器或机电一体专科学历以上毕业
Electrical and mechanical major academy graduated or above
2, 10年以上机电维护工作经验，最少3年以上欧美外资企业设备维护保养和项目管理经验工作经验
Ten year facilities maintenance experience, at least 3 year maintenance and project experience in Europe or America company
3, 熟练运用各类变频器，PLC等控制元件,熟悉各类电器安装规范
Familiar with all kind transducer, PLC and other electrical government installation rule, have low voltage work permit is perfect
4, 基本的英语会话能力
Basical speak and write ability in English
5, 工作诚恳，能适应快节奏的工作和工作压力，有现场排除设备电器故障经验
Local and honest, must be work with quick beat under pressure, can solve the electrical trouble in time
6, 电脑操作熟练，会简单的Auto CAD 或手动绘图
Excellent skill with computer， can draw with Auto CAD software or by hand
7, 愿意不定期地在太仓工厂上班
Willing to work aperiodically in TaiCang city factory
8, 年龄30岁以上 40岁以下
Man guy age is between 30 and 40 year old
