· Transfer new product both formula and mixing procedure to Company. Where appropriate, lead the development of Asia Pacific specific mixing procedures on newly developed products.
· Transfer new product both formula and mixing procedure to OEM in China.
· Optimize all existing procedures, to ensure all mixing procedures are stable and efficient.
· Mixing procedure training for all mixing worker and OEM technician.
· In charge of trouble shooting in bulk mixing area.
· Support Production/Engineer/Purchasing/Planning/QC/QA/Legal and Registration Dept. in technology area.
· Support Marketing and Customer Service Dept. in technology area.
· Review new ingredients and formula from USA and confirm that they are suitable for China marketing.
Mentor and train all staff of Process Development Group.
REQUIREMENTS&
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education Knowledge & Experience
· Chemical/Process Engineer bachelor or above
· More than five years working experience in this area
· good at English both in writing and speaking
