HRO
Responsibility:
1. HR Daily operation: On boarding, Contract Renewal, Transfer, Promotion, Leave, Termination.
2. Dealing with payroll related: Personal Data Changes, Time & Attendance, Benefits, Social Insurance.
3. Training Event Management and Vendor Management.
4. Data Management and Reporting.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum 2 years of work experience, including at least 1 year of HR/HRO domain.
2. Excellent Japanese language skill with JLPT level 1.
3. Very good understanding of Japanese culture, work experience with Japanese clients or companies is preferred.
4. Command of English communicating skill.
5. Excellent office skills, especially Excel, word, PPT
6. Can work under pressure with good team spirit.
