even in your younger age, letting alone you are around 40 (if you start systemized training at age zero). I will be very amazed if you can finish it in 13 sec at current age, giving that I don't think you had the opportunities to wear the spikes and blocks.
You want to be more successful with wintel, then you have to keep your credibility in check...
