As long as the banks are not lending, the credit contraction continue.
Securitization market has not revived at all.
And, people are saving more than before.
Disposable income grow much slower than Corp profit.
Before unemployment get below 7%, inflation should not be a worry.
Too much capacity there...
should be 人无近虑，必有远忧
Deficit is an issue.In the land of blind one-eyed man is the king. When every central bank print fiat money, USD is relatively stronger than others, backed by
world reserve currency and superior military power.
Does emerging market face inflation risks? Maybe.
However, regarding investment, I agree that income oriented securities is better. However Treasury yields look like break out beyond 4%, and maybe all the way to 4.% before come back down in 2nd half of year.
Emerging market equities should always be part of portfolio.
