Job title: CRM Manager
Location: Shanghai
1. PURPOSE AND MISSION
The CRM Manager will play important roles in the HC Greater China to make sure we can build up a practical and efficient customer relationship management system (CRM) to support our business faster and sustainable growth. He/she will lead this project, participate in evaluation and selection of vendors; general designing of CRM; step by step roll out it into daily operations for all business units; maintain and optimize the system continuously.
2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
(1) lead CRM project team in Greater China
- Analyze the situation of using CRM in the industry
- Propose the project planning of CRM
- Build up and organize the project team
- Evaluate and select appropriate vendors
(2) Communicate with global CRM project team
- Actively communicate with global CRM project team to get most support.
- Greater China as the pilot site of global CRM project, need to closely cooperate with global CRM project team to initiate the project and carry out it.
- Actively provide significant feedback and suggestions to global project team to specifically tailor custom-made CRM for specific China market.
(3) Understand each business model to generally construct CRM system
- Widely communicate with each business unit to understand their business model and optimize these business processes.
- Generally construct and design the CRM key drawing by vender support.
- Build up the customer data ba<x>se and keep them updated.
- Trace the sales result for the organization to the details, i.e. in-market sales data.
(4) Promote and train internal and external customer to use CRM system
- Address the benefits and necessary of using CRM to internal customer and external customer(distributor and dealer)
- Lead and involve all business and authorized distributor/dealer to use CRM step by step according to setting time<x>table.
3. KEY RELATIONSHIPS
- Reports to Commercial Director
- Ensure a strong working relationship with IT, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance
- Ensure good and professional relationship with distributor, dealers, and various venders.
4. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES
Preferred Knowledge:
- University degree and above
- Knowledge in IT system knowledge
- Strong project management
- Competent in both oral and written Chinese and English
Skill Required:
- Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- IT Databa<x>se and IT system construct
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in healthcare industry
- Experience in leading the CRM team or sales data management
