Job Description:
Mainly responsible to expand business of application management service(AMS) in the financial services industry(FSI) in North America and Europe. Ensure that BAS Chain FSI stands as the primary candidate and top competitor to deliver FSI customers with applications management services.
1.Take the initiative to develop and manage relationships with HP business unit(BU) in North America and Europe. Responsible to build and maintain a communication channel between BAS CHINA and BU.
2.Ensure that BU recognizes the capability and competency of BAS CHINA. In accordance with BU's strategy, objections and business needs, identify and propose any necessary changes or adjustments within BAS CHINA FSI to improve productivity and competitiveness.
3.Identify prospect customers, analyze their needs and research upcoming projects. Convince BU with strong AMS capability. Bring in more projects and greater AMS opportunities to BAS CHINA FSI.
4.Provide BU with pre-sales support..
5.Responsible for negotiating and signing SOW between BU and BAS CHINA.
6.Lead offshore project team to ensure delivery with high quality.
Job Requirement:
1.Requires more than 5 years oversea working experiences of large-scale IT companies or IT departments in FSI in North America or Europe.
2.Oversea work experience in large AMS project or FSI application project is must. Project/Program management experiences on large-scale FSI application project is preferred.
3.Proficient in program management, project management and methodology, and ITIL.
4.At least 2 years customer-facing and pre-sales experiences.
5.Familiar with different application, technology, methods of workload estimates and possesses experiences in various types and size of the workload project.
6.Experience in SoW negotiation is highly appreciated.
7.Native speaker in English. Must have excellent English communication (both oral and written), negotiation and presentation skills. Be able to exert strong personal influence.
8.Quick learning and problem-solving abilities.
9.Strong work initiative, willing to take the challenge, and able to effectively execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
10.Passport and driver license ready for International business trips.
11.Cross-culture workforce experience is needed.
