Project Manager

Key responsibilities:
Manage daily operation of team members
Maintain day-to-day relationship with parents, administrators and teachers
Direct and motivate the team
Ensure quality is maintained on a daily basis
Review project plans on a weekly basis, prepare and submit weekly status reports to headquarter
Work in collaboration with the project team and the headquarter
We need a motivated person with the following skills and experience:
Able to communicate clearly and effectively in both oral and written English and Chinese
Strong organizational skills
Some start up or new business development experience
Strong Microsoft Office abilities
Presentable
Strong communication skills
Well-organized and efficient, able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks under pressure for deadlines
Strong leadership and credibility with operations and senior management
Team player with good relationship and networking skills
Strong problem solving skills and "can do" attitude
Mature with sense of responsibility, priority and confidentiality
Understands Chinese and Western culture
Understands American education
Oversea experience
Bachelor degree or above in Business Management, Education is a plus
