Job Title：BCP Sr. product manager
Work Location:Shanghai
Responsibilities:
Participate in the insurance system (Finance/Accounting/Billing, Collection and Payment modules) development in product lifecycle;
Identify and guide user business requirements during the business acquisition process;
Analyze client's business requirement and summarize best practice in BCP industry;
Convert BCP best practice to system solution with Application Architect’s help;
Verify common BCP from business perspective
Introduce common BCP to market and some key clients
Compile BCP roadmap based on clients’requirements, project implementation’s feedback and industry’s trends
Requirments:
Bachelor or above, accounting, finance related majors are preferred;
Proficiency in English a must, ability to work independently in pure English environment;
The following certification is preferred: CPA, CFA, ACCA etc
More than 5 years’ relevant experience in accounting/auditing firm; Familiar with the whole process of accounting flows;
Deep understanding of finance industry
Rich experience of consulting of insurance/finance system ( SAP, SUN, Oracle etc ) is preferred;
Relevant experience in the finance or ERP software company is preferred
Experience of software product management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
With good communication and learning skills; a good team player;
