Senior Legal
Responsibility：
1.Help establish legal policies for operations in China and take charge of routine, day to day legal matters
2. Help supervise junior China PRC counsel
3. Provide all necessary legal support to relevant functions e.g. HR, Operations, Finance etc. in China
4. Responsible for providing legal advice and analysis on issues relating to China l
5.Negotiating, reviewing and drafting contracts and commercial transactions
Requirement：
1. LLB in China; JD or LLM degree in the US preferred
2. At least 5-6 years of experience, with previous experience at law firm preferred
3. Previous in-house experience with China listed company or knowledge of China listing requirements desirable.
4. Excellent command over written and spoken English
5 Strong sense of responsibility
6. Must be self-starter with an energ
7. Unquestionable ethics and impeccable integrity
