i am responding at hilton hotel after seeing off two 80 hou friends for cruise.
i guess the american economy has been consumer driven for too long; and it is like you don't really feel ichy provided that you had lots of fleas on you and you don't worry about anymore if you had lots of debts.
However, I am fully confident that American economy will be back "in a heart beat."  , before you know it, so to speak, in 2010 presumably. It is still considered the number one economy in the world, much ahead of the distant number two.
