There might be some chance that I will be relocated to Guangdong. I don't know weather Guangzhou or Shenzhen is a better place for starting up an IT business or just getting a decent job in the IT industry? I know some Haigui friends in both cities. Some are running their business, some are working in large enterprises as upper managers. Different paths, but most of them are very successful. Nevertheless, some said Shenzhen is a better city, some said the other way around.
Having a single Guangdong Haigui group is a better choice, and I tend to believe it should be in Guangzhou. The benefit is obvious, we can reach out to a larger group. The two cities are close enough, contemporay communication and transportation make them even closer.
