It is an ok city to raise familily. The housing market there is modest but decent. Ladue area is among the ten richest neighborhoods in the USA.
As a matter of fact I go to St. Louis at least once per month.
Its old downtown has been slowing down, but its new downtown and the surrounding areas are relatively good.
