--- AMBAC and MBIA were only focusing on the municipal market, but they were persuaded or in a way forced by credit rating agencies, who were driven by their greed and were abusing their power on those bond insurers, to get their feet wet in the credit structure business, which in a way bolstered the market to a great extent.
