说宝堂的软件产品经理主要是帮助公司管理公司的英语学习软件的设计，主要的工作职责包括：业务需求的了解和分析，用户研究，软件产品的原型开发，规格的定义，产品发布和改进。为了达到这些目标，产品经理需要对语言有很强的热情并且有良好的软件和网络技术背景。

软件产品经理的具体工作职责如下
1. 负责管理一个或者多个软件产品的生命周期；
2. 负责收集和分析合作伙伴及其终端用户的需求；
3. 分析现有产品的使用情况并提出改进计划；
4. 基于公司现有的成熟技术来提供解决方案；
5. 能按照客户的业务需求来完成产品的功能和规格设计；
6. 计划和协调产品的规划、开发和发布；
7. 管理并分析用户研究结果；
8. 评估产品使用情况和市场接受度。
The Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Software Product Manager of ELL to create effective English language learning products. This position requires the candidate to collect and analyze user needs, oversee product design, author product features and specifications, and guide product ideas through the complete product lifecycle. Driving the effective delivery of ELL software products will require the candidate to have a passion for language learning and a software and web technology background.
Job Description:
As a Software Product Manager of ELL, your responsibilities will be to:
1. Manage the lifecycle of one or several Saybot ELL products
2. Gather and analyze client and user needs and requirements
3. Analyze existing product acceptance and usage and make plans that incorporate the results of the analysis
4. Understand the condition of the company's product offerings and convey rational solutions for client and user problems
5. Co-author and negotiate terms of product features and specifications
6. Plan and manage product roadmaps, development of timelines, and delivery coordination
7. Plan and manage client/user studies and results analysis
8. Evaluate product usage patterns and measure market acceptance
职位要求：
1. 计算机、软件或者工程专业本科；
2. 2年以上软件设计，开发，部署经验；
3. 1年以上的软件产品设计和开发，并且有过至少一次软件产品或者网络产品的开发周期管理经验；
4. 有英语教学经验者优先；
5. 有创造力和主动性；
6. 拥有卓越的分析能力，战略眼光以及良好的表达能力；
7. 同时具有出色的中英文沟通能力。
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent.
2. 2+ years of experience in software design, development, and deployment.
3. 1+ years of experience in software product design and management of the life-cycle of at least one software or web-based product.
4. Knowledge about English language learning is a plus.
5. High level of creativity and strong initiative.
6. Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and presentation skills.
7. Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin Chinese.
