Everyone has the right to be respectually disagree. While everyone of us understands the implications and even the importance of that kind of policy, the prevailing practice at every level of the society, especially at the countryside certainly makes a sensible person puke.
Even LMs at places have been pretty civilized and I have not seen cases where "fxxx" is being expressed openly and freely.
