this is not a big deal if you know the cases.
Scooter Libby was prosecuted for leaking of a CIA agent the year before last. Bush commute his jail time right after a federal judge sentenced him 2 years in prison. He just joked about Libby's name and rufuesed to grant a pardon. You probably don't know the word "pardon" and "commute", that they're legal terms. By the way, Bush pardoned Libby about 2 weeks ago, Libby is as innocent as a baby now.
The other three cases are just jokes, all of them are convicted: Conceal weapon, hit and run, and armed robbery.
