谅敌 is not doctor, the example is not crediable.
he said chinese doctor has low moral standard by "red enevelp" example/
I am a physician practice in US. If you are poor has not money, you may not even see a doctor face at all. no doctor work for free. Chinese way of express gradtitue by giving a "red envelop" also happen here in US, those very sophiscated patient do the similar thing to their doctor, by bring back, gift, not necessary cash. YOu are over state chinese system. The moral standard in US is much worsen than that of China, please read bernet Madoff story, you will see what is moral standard.
Next time if you quoate something, you have know it well, otherwise, you are beening laugh at.
