How much is the 70% of state owned un-liquidated share? If you could do an analysis comparing the current market cap of non-liquidated shares to the CDs in banking system, or in a small scale, to the investable money in the market, 70% is not a big #. Liquidity, as you pointed out, is an issue, but solving that problem is far away from being enough. A re-design master plan needs to be mapped out focusing on addressing infrastructure and framework. I don’t see the current dealers, exchanges, and clearing system can handle a fully liquidated market in the operational level.
