I, for one, are very impressed by your encourage and definitely will consider you for a middle management position once there is needs. If you are expecting to be treaded as partner, as other said, you need to show more than what in your resume. If you can ‘t handle some critics here (for your own good I must say), how can we expect you to deal with the frustration and pressure that comes with the higher responsibility?
