You can call your HK friends and ask them how much they lost in this round of credit bubble... There were margin calls in Hong Kong, Singapore... So many people put their trusts in Wall Street, America and those "AAA" products and then suddenly noticed that nobody would even give a bid for those "GS trust 1--- AAA super senior"stuff...
Calm down. I can understand your frustration. But the WS-Main Street have turned a win-win (as you strongly argued) relationship into a lose-lose relationship, with bitterness and distrust on both sides.
Mark my words: there will be a massive contraction in terms of jobs in financial service sector. It is wiser to have plan B for oneself.
