Commission is paid out to a sales agent for selling a policy. That's it.

A sales agent does not involve himself in claims services, at least in a well managed insurance company. Sales and Claims are strictly separated functionalities.

Why can commission rate go so high? Well, common sense: it's common that a sales guy may run around the streets and buildings for a full month without making even one deal. Selling insurance is rarely regarded as a good career choice to anyone with a bit decent education!

This business idea, so-called "insurance online supermarket" , was tried in China a few years ago and failed. Why? There are some research papers on this, and we also did our homework. In one word --- they could not make money. We can talk about this later if necessary.

It means you've got to build up some very serious IT infrastructure as well as the suporting functionalities; the latter is particularly a tough task. It's not easy or cheap --- otherwise people have already done that.

It will create tangible values to the clients here. It's serious financial values that we create for them, and they will buy them happily.

But anyway, talk to your shareholders and team members and see if you guys are on the same page --- this gives us some idea about how serious you are with our plan.

Then we can discuss details.
