Actually I always have those chances but I choose not to make it.
My wealth accumulation strategy is to make fortune step by step, not by overnight. In other words, I look at everything from a sustainability perspective. If anything is not sustainable, no matter how profitable it is, I would not do it.
I always praise laozhong in 98 not because I encourage all of us to follow him to gamble or become a lady killer. I just appreciate him being strictly self-disciplined, which is rarely found in Chinese people.
My observation tells me that being strictly self-disciplined is very important for anyone to do business or investment as well. As you said, this is easy to say but hard to do.That's why 90% wealth of the world is owned by 10% people.
