It is the time that makes all the difference, just like it takes 3 generations to become a noble. 1980-90 in China is similar to the beginning of the 20th century in the U.S., when people get rich but not noble.
With time passing by, we should see more decent rich or Noble people in China, and what we have been through could be a painful process, might be a quite long one.
With the post like this, hopefully, could drive the process a bit shorter
