There was the rumor that HIV is a disease man-made by CIA targeting African American.
Just like the rumor of 9/11 is an insider job, it sounds very ridiculous.
That means Chinese and other Asians are more likely to catch HIV,
because in the Roman days, northern Africa was part of its territory which includs Egyptians, Jews and some black africans.
