Team Manager (1)
Job Description:
We are looking for a talented software development manager to work in the Documentum Foundation Services (DFS) Engineering Group, responsible for developing state of the art features in the content server. DFS is the core engineering group in Content Management & Archiving (CM&A) division of . and aims to create new generation platform to enable Enterprise Content Management SOA/SaaS offering. In your capacity, you will have an opportunity working with world class architects, lead top talents to develop the cutting-edge technologies.

Job Responsibilities:
• Working with product managers to help define feature requirements.
• Writing design specifications and conducting design reviews.
• Leading and Mentoring team members with hands-on technical experiences.
• Working with architect to validate designs through walk-through, prototypes, and unit testing.
• Working with QA in designing and implementing unit, integration and stress/performance tests.
• Working with customer support engineering on escalated support cases.
Qualifications:
The following experience, skills, and attributes are required:
• 8+ years of progressive experience in complex software system design and development (Application Server, middle ware technologies, content management systems, RDBMS, operating system or other multi-threaded system development) in a product development group.
• In-depth understanding of computer science fundamentals
• Expert knowledge of object oriented design & programming, especially in Java/J2EE system environment
• Experience building highly scalable & security web applications
• Understanding of Web services and xml technologies.
• Understanding of SOA, SaaS and Web 2.0.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
• 1+ years team management experience

• Knowledge and experience of building SaaS 2.0 products

Qualifications:

• In-depth understanding of object oriented design & programming with Java/C++
• Solid development experience in building highly scalable and robust distributed system.
• In-depth hands-on experience in xml and Web Services technology.

• Experience in enterprise search engine internals as well as high performance full-text system
