mainly means you got to have suffient cashflow (inflow) as your working capitals to run your company. That has nothing to do with your stock price fluctuation day in and day out. Of course the higher the stock price, the happier your stockholders become, and your employees will have higher morale especially if you use stock option as incentive to pay your employees as bonus or it is a part of your payroll system. And financially your company will be better off when you purchase other companies using your higher value stocks as your currency instead of your cash reserve, and etc. and etc.
