反过来说，没有一定的权，谁又给你钱去参选呢？
总之，任何好东西都是需要代价的，民主本身就是一种奢侈品，需要足够的经济和政治实力来享用。经济实力要靠努力挣钱，政治实力也要积极争取。虽然你那神圣的一票Counts, 但是，国会事实上还是被一些利益集团控制的，比如保险，金融，医疗，制药，能源等行业。
