Main companies in US are: nanosolar, Miasole, Solydra, Helivolt, and lots of small companies. But none of them has prototype, not mention product.
At long beach solar conference 2007, only United Solar and First solar, and another one shows their product. While certainly, like Oerlikon has mdoules for their manufacture line.
CIGS still need some technology breakthrough for manufacture.
But silicon ba<x>sed thin film is feasible now if you want to make profit.
But Applied materials equipment is not a good choice, hehee... this is just my opinion.
