responsible people in America.
For an example, a single woman with two kids earned about $40k per year took a home mortgage more than $300k with no money down; later on she took a second mortgage against her house to buy a Lexus car with cash. Now the house is in pre foreclosure status. Should she be helped by the government/banks??
