Position summary:
Responsible for driving business development in Small & Medium Business customer segment in Greater China, i.e. mainland China, Hong Kong & Taiwan.
Analyses, identifies, recommends and implements regional expansion opportunities; engages with external business partners to implement co-marketing initiatives, with the objectives of driving new customer touches, coverage & acquisition.
This position requires strong leadership, business acumen and interpersonal skills to self-initiate good return on investment projects and to engage with various internal & external groups to get the projects executed. Independence and strong judgment is required to effectively establish and ensure business direction.
Description
Strong background of sales & marketing experience

§ Pragmatic, hands-on style, and ability to “think outside the box”
§ Strong planning and priority-setting abilities
§ Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and influencing skills
