I have no idea what the price in China is like, probably machines are cheaper in US.
Long time ago, I bought a Sun machine with Ultra Sparc Chip, costing $1000, very old one, used one, junk from Sun, picked up by its employee, for sale for his pocket money. I was fooled. It turned out to be $1000 wasted, it is too heavy to move. I just trashed it when I moved.
Nothing is free. That is what I mean.
If you really want to buy Machine from US, I suggest you putting down exactly what you want on paper:chip, memory .... and check on the internet and get a few quotes.
I think you can also get an idea of what kinds are cheaper.
Shipping costs money also sometimes.
