Since you have multiple offers, and Green Card is no longer an issue for you, I suggest you keep the following in mind, and I speak from experience, and wish I have had a plan.
1) money is not the first thing you ought to consider at this point.
I think you are a very capable young woman, the fact that you can keep on
"watering" on haiguinet and secure several offers said plenty about you. More challenging position should weigh more than salary, I think. In the end, after tax, it doesn't make much difference. The best time for a woman to build up her career is only now, not after babies.
2) factor in family planning, hence baby planning
It is very hard for a woman to restart her career at a brand new place after babies, not mentioning there actually is "brand new mommy discrimination" if you are job hunting for demanding positions.
