“自主创业，可以帮助我们获得更大程度的自由吗？“
Yes and No. 自主创业 无非是想 to be your own boss and during this process hopefully you will achieve financial freedom and security. However, to reach this ob<x>jective, first of all, you need to check your own personal, family, and financial situations, your risk tolerance; do you have the passion? the patience? the commitment? the related skill/ability for a certain business? And finally your health situation. For instance I went to bed 11pm last night, but got up 12:30am to draft two distributorship agreements with the UK and New Zealand, emailing back and forth with the office in America from Shanghai with 13 hours difference; went back to bed around 4:30am and got up again around 7am for a full day schedule on Saturday. I have slept about 4-5 hours per day recently. Can you do that?  As an employee you clock in in the morning and clock out in the evening working for 8 hours. Any extra hour you work you get OT payment, unless you are on salary, then you can take days off with pay. You don't have to take your job home at all. To me it is 24/7 and I don't have time to be sick! I don't have to work like a dog for money, but you have employees, customers, suppliers to worry; you have cashflow, marketing/sales, production, inventory, legal things, after-sale services, warranty to take care, it is simply not about yourself anymore. Of course opening a bar is quite different from being a manufacturer.
