Luckily it isn't my job interview:-)

As the project leader, I recruited several people to assistant me directly. I just naturally feel fabulous and self-assure about myself. I don't need my employees make feel better. As a leader, you have to be a good listener and find right people on the bus. I always try my best to make interviewees talk about themselves as much as possible. Hiring best candidate with integrity always works with me. As long as projects go well, my lip-up.

Sweetheart, you remind me that not everyone was as happy as me. My gurus told me it was the tuition to pay social university. I have to torture my feet in their shoes:-))) sometime.

I already hold an offer from top company. And the interview of Big Three is on the way :- )
