Custom manager
Customs Manager
工作地点：Dalian
Responsibilities and Details
In this position, you will be responsible for Customs, US Export Licensing and indirect tax matters (VAT) for Company Dalian Fab. You will be directly reporting to the PRC Customs Manager. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Driving the application of Company's world wide policy on customs and US Export Licensing issues through education and training, ensuring compliance with US and PRC laws and regulations
- Playing a key role in working with Company business groups to promote growth in Shanghai and China that is consistent with both US and PRC regulations
- Building solid working relationships and an active network inside and outside of Company will be an essential element of success
- Outside Company, actively liaising with Customs, other governmental authorities and industry associations to formulate policies that can promote the smooth international transfer of products in and out of China is a key success metric
- Inside Company, working with key groups to formulate and implement policies that ensure compliance, minimize exposure and maximize cash flow for the company
- Serving as a role model of Company's corporate business principles or conducting oneself with the highest personal and professional integrity
Qualifications
You should possess a Bachelor's degree or above with more than five years of customs or logistics related working experience in a MNC. Manufacturing working experience and good understanding of the customs regulations on processing trade business in China would be an added advantage. Additional qualifications include:
- Thorough understanding of PRC customs regulations
- Good communication skills and a proven ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
- Experience of Export Processing Zone or Free Trade Zone or Logistics Park, US export licensing, indirect taxes would be an added advantage
Construction Contract Manager
Responsible for delivering?construction projects globally using multiple project delivery and execution strategies at a competitive advantage.?Responsibilities include?planning, directing, and coordinating activities pertaining to building and facilities construction projects.?Responsibilities may include development of the contracting strategy, project scope, schedules, approval requirements,?project budgets, quality and change controls.??Develops timeline of project approval requirements. Interacts with customer staff, coordinates resources and schedule.?Manages design output, design budgets, and performance management of the architectural and engineering vendor.? Assures accuracy of financial forecasts with tie-in to project schedules. Manages the indirect budget, forecasts trades resources, resolves resource conflicts, and coordinates trades mobilization.?Engaged in contract?and legal negotiations, incident investigation, staff safety training, and project assessment.?Ensures projects are completed according to project plans.?Manages?project team resourcing and training.
