In fact, there are THREE key points in your first tip:
1 ) the recall of poor quality produits of china
2 ) the probleme of Amercian CDO/MBS
3) their relations
I consider that each of them will be a very very big story and I could not explain my opinion by mixing them, then I have choosen to answer seperately so that the followings can understand better. if not , that will be a big mass and nobody will leasen to the other.
Obviously, you are tende to finish this tip right and then I would like to send my last reponse.

the question which boring you would be : why should China recall all her poor quality produicts, therefor US can sell her rubish fincial products without any probleme ?
My answer is : it is not fair, but it is just.
Justice is matained by Law.
When chinese poor quality produicts enter american Douane, it became iligal affaire immidately, because a serious of legal regulations for protecting customers existe on US terre.
On the other hand, why rubbish financial products are allowed ?
Because they do not touch the Law. Today, everyone konws that they are rubbish, but no one yet can point out/ offer the proofs of their illigal probleme.
PS
Fincial products are the couple of " risque/profit " . It means that the customers have been already told that there is the possibility to lose money. they are paied for supporting the risques. The Law doesn't garrent the profits.
Chinese products are supposed to be used, the customers are garrented the enjoyment by the shops. Their health and safty are garrented by Law.
That is why I have said that they are different.
