I can't type chinese now, sorry.
I don't know what's your criteria in choosing school. % of 国际学生 can only reflects if it's international friendly, and sometimes It could be a indication for bad school, especially when it is a public school.
In US, the top(I said last time) means Ivy schools which're Brown, Harvad, Princeton etc. Then next, are a bunch of private schools you may never heard of, they're very small, and very selective. Then, public schools like UCLA, UC Berkely, UFM(they're selective too). the final category is for all other publci schools. This is a brief description for Undergraduate education in US.
One point, public universities are all state running, except a handful military acdemies. The tuition difference is huge(60%) between residents and non-residents students. Green card doesn't mean you're a resident in a state which requires a minimum duration in most states.
