I got an appointment today with a fellow Brit,our man in chongqin works with the British council and in total David forst has lived in China for 23 years. So he knew this place well.
how do you find the life here in Chongqing. Do you enjoy living here?
Oh, yes, I really like Chongqing, the city with lots of energy. And the city where you get a really close feel for what happening in China now I think.
Oh, yes, economically, the government here has done an amazing job pulling people out of poverty . The most people used to be to their income growing up. and nobody knows what is gonna happen in China because the development on this scale of land at this speed is unprecedented in the world really, but we do...
David's enthusiasm in the Chongqing is effusive,and he is determined to introducing meeting a local cuisine.
So this is very typical Chongqing experience: the hot pot restaurant and my colleague Wang xiaoying is waiting for us.i think Wang xiaoying is before us.

Oh, yes, of course, because I think the Chongqing people have very strong characters, personalities and this is very famous in China. And there is a saying says the women in Chongqing, they are the most beautiful ladies in all over the China.

I am not sure because I live here everyday and I didn't compare this with other cities in China.
Most the pollutions in Chongqing comes from two sources, the power plant and also kinds of constructions. there was so much construction going on and every construction side produce dust.
But Chongqing is always been the misty city as well,isn't it?
