the music stops. I have no idea when the music will stop; two months from now? or six months? (I am talking about the US stock markets). I sold everything except keeping GE for trading purpose. When the market goes down, I may pick up a few for short-term tradings. But I will not go SHORT because it is too dangerous to do so when the market is full of money chasing for buyout deals! We are definitely having the buyout bubbles right now!!! Even Microsoft has paid top dollars for aQuantive with a 85% premium!! People have already forgot dotcom bubbles and subprime disaster which has already brought down about 70 mortgage lenders to bankruptcy thus far.
I don't know where else to put money to work. Maybe before long some smart people need to take the profits out of the equity markets to buy highly "distressed" real estate.  or you may buy one-year CDs with 5% interest; or you may pay off your mortgage if it is more than 5% interest.
I don't know much about the Chinese stock market but I was in it for the first time since the Feb. meltdown.  So far so good!
