funding to rebuild and widen a bridge which had 7 accidents and 1 death in past 3 years(the road was U shaped). but the neighbors there fear that after the bridge straightened and widened, the road in front their houses are going to be busy, so they lined up to file law suits. It's been 2 years now, and only one case was lost, still 6 other home owners are waiting to file law suits. and due to inflation, now the funding is far short already. In this case, Eminent domain is really necessary.
